  • What are u using for fuel?

  • I think I saw these guys at Fright Night in Vancouver on Halloween. It was pretty amazing.

  • I love the track, don't know why but it goes so well with the fire poi to me :)

  • what is the name of the first music? please:-) send it to me on Eleonor666@seznam.cz thanks so much

  • how come whenever i watch a video of you guys doing your thing, i feel an immediate urge to go pick up my poi and play for a couple hours? (friend) "hey! wanna come over and chill!?" (me) "nah man... i gotta play with my... socks... with sand bags in them.."

I'm kidding! I love you guys!

  • you are super!!! realy!

  • who is the girl in this video? I have never seen fire spun so gracefully, I would like to watch more of her so I can try and mirror her movements to improve myself

  • Great video!!!

  • That was awesome one of my favourite performances yet!

  • This has given me some awesome ideas for the style of twirling I am going to use for a music video I'm going to be in next week XD

  • loving it guys

  • lol...

one of these days you gonna figger out how to

use them lit up on fire things.

  • beautiful work you two! Nick, you've really evolved a lot since i last saw new stuff from you. you have a confidence in your spinning i don't recall ever seeing and you seem, in some ways, a lot more carefree. It becomes you in my opinion. Quite lovely work and fun to watch and appreciate! thanks for sharing!

  • Awesome!!

  • yayaah nik awesome ur soo inspiring and awesome spiral wraps aahaah awesomeness!!!!! sunshine&smile&blissful spinning

  • awsome

  • cool

  • nice style:)

  • Loving performance and music!!

Where do you people find the best poi music?

Love your style, as always! I'm so impressed that you can do poi and this!

  • Man, did you get burned at 1:37, or is the fire-body contact simply short enough to resist?

  • i dont think he touches the skin, he holds the wick a fem cm from the skin. and if you touch, you wont burn yourself directly, it's just the metal parts that gives burns if you touch them quickly.

  • mmmm...art...

  • the holoahoop looks easy to incorperate with hip hop music lol awesome fire stafffs nick

  • This is sick. Excellent work.

  • wow nick i've never seen you spin staff b4! amazing show!!

  • I love this video so much !!!!!!!!!

  • song?

  • GREAT!!!!!! Someone knows the title of the song???

  • read the info

  • especially making flowers with poi will increase your "talent" for doublestaff... you just get more coordination and things like that, so its not that special a very good poi spinner could get good in doublestaffs, too at least with some practice, but with less practice then a total newb to things like that would need.

i tryed doublestaffs first, then took poi (could be carryed everywhere easyly) and now go back to staffs... much easier then half a year ago.

still... this is much above me

  • all double spinable objects are related because of the posible relationships between them...

poi staff hoop, whatever its all the same!

  • wow great video - thanks for that! what music is this?? greetings

  • Wow Nick doing staff!!! SOOOO not fair Nick, you should be all CLUMSY and stuff. But no. Instant Jedi. Dang

See you soon, you wonderful one!

  • I like the double staff...it looks amazing :D

  • really cool..

  • amazing! beautiful! i especially like the hoop, the girl looks so into the music, wonderful - thank you for sharing!

btw: does someone now the songs?

  • i'm a bit late but: they're in the description

  • it's always good to seea preformance when the preformer is doing it more for their enjoyment than the money or to show off.

  • U are right RandomGoodness :D

  • First of all, 4:07 - 4:12... awesome!

Pali is wonderful. I love it when fire performers get tuned in with their flow. That's when poi turns into artistry. I would have loved to see this live.

    Thanks for sharing Nick. <3

  • That's funny, this is exactly the time in the video when I decided to post a comment to say nice trick

  • WOW! I'm so inspired! Amazing stuff!

  • wauw great work, i like the way its filmed! very profesional.

  • Seriusley! This was really beautiful!! :D I´m just filled with joy :D Nice to see some doubblestaff skills from you ;)And your poi Moves!!! Gah!! Your like Neo in matrix man! Theres like no rules aply to you. Your changeing the planes how ever you want! The girle hade a beautiful move to. Really liked her :D Kepp bringing more vid´s. Aight!!

  • there is only one word for you and thats AMAZING!! btw whats tha name of this song?? :)

  • aaaahhh YOUR moves with your fire poi are so fluid! i made my own sock poi to practice with and i've been at it for a week or two now. so far i can do a 3 bt weave for like... 25 seconds before i mess it up. i'm trying to learn hyperloops and i love when you bring the orbital behind your head and then back in front of you, that looks cool. i also love your stalls and the pendulum effect you play with a lot.

  • Amazing flower combos at 4:20, trying desperately to learn extension/anti-spin hybrid flowers!

  • wow another master piece...keep it up!..

hope u can visit our place...soOon......

  • Soooo nice and smooth!

    Now I go practice

  • Nick, always a pleasure to watch you and Pali perform! Great video! =) Hope to see you again in Halifax next year!

    Kerry

  • yay! nick's a staff spinner!

  • magnifique comme d'habitude =)

  • of course I admire your work guys but I have a bad aftertaste after seeing this video. At the beginning it was building up a really warm atmosphere but then boom: a change into the opposite...what a pity

  • You just didn't like the music I think. No track works for everybody unfortunately. I promise to do a video with just music like at the beginning.

  • That would be awesome:) Actually, I like both tracks but I didn`t like the connection. The thing is I really hunt for tracks like the first one;) That`s where the expectation came from

  • The first track is "Instinct" by Karsh Kale -- enjoy!

  • @meenik agreed with the first dude.

  • @meenik lol to me when the track popped up it was like BOOM, this is nick woolsey! lol great vid :)

  • wow, amazing progress with the staffs, well done

  • It's very nice to see another performance video from you, Nick. I missed seeing the way you move. Amazing work.

    cheers!

    Patrick

  • I love you work.

please post more. The staff work always surprises me. i guess I just dont know the limits of the staff.

  • amazing video plai has nice poi flow, and nick your double staff is greatly improved, and always your poi amazes me!

  • that was a very fun performance to watch. many kudos.

love the song selection, as well. if i could get the name?

  • wow! great performance! I love how both of you demanded space while you performed. Using all your space, prancing dancing, it was just lovely to watch. Thanks for sharing <3

  • that is so sweet it makes me wanna pick up my poi and make a new routine cause yours is so sick. keep up the great work :)

  • very nice. :D

  • damn thats sweet wish i could do that

  • one day I shall make it to one of nicks work shops but until then I will be grateful to view from afar, AND PRACTICE!!! oye vay!

  • great video

    good work, both of you

insane waistraps and "matrix moves" at the end

    greetings from brazil

  • you guys looked like you had lots of fun! nick you are so inspiring! every time i see anyone fire dance i have to practice! i hope i'm not the only one like that...

  • you aren't :)
