@boyuchuadaniel The 1976 Corvette was the worst car at that time. With only a smallblock offered with low compression (8 to 1) , it was struggling to produce 200 BWHP...A far cry from 10 years ealier.

The finest American car out of 1976 was the Trans Am...It outperformed the Corvette in every way, and it stll offered a 400 cubic inch bigblock that could breath like a dragon. It looked better too.

I have property in New York state up in the Adirondacks and ran out of fuel in the woods with my 2003 Honda ATV 350. Can you believe I never went back for it and it has been sitting there for 2 years now, in the woods, alone, abandoned. I was riding with someone and they gave me a lift to get gas but then their ATV broke and we never went back to pick up mine. All it needs is gas, It might be rotted who knows. We get heavy winters so all that sitting in the woods can't do it any good.

BTW My responsibilities exceed my pleasure toys. IMPALAMAN955 must not have a job to understand that place is my vacation cabin. It's rustic like a barn, girls don't like that sort of thing, I have a girl, rather be with her smoozing with our friends instead of driving 5 hours to a frozen rustic cabin that we might not even be able to drive up to because of mud. Girls hate mud. I have a girl, LOL I'd rather be..

Vehicles get old, break down and get put out to pasture. But if these owners just covered them or shedded them then in later years they could fix `em and have great classics! Why let them rot? Can understand when they were 10+ years old and just nothing, but these cars became classics 20 years ago! Why not put them under cover for some guy to come along and restore the old girls back to life?
