About quoting people, as far as I know there is no other way to do it :D You could change the verb after ～って/～と as not to always repeat “と言った”. Exemple : 彼は「どうやって日本語を勉強していますか。」と聞いて私は「イ­ンターネットでです。」と答えた。　聞(き)く：to ask, 答(こた)える：to answer. I think it sounds more natural this way! I hope this answer your question :) Good video, keep it up!
