I am an Azari. Given that our origin is Medes/Persian and we were forced to speak Turkish by the Mongol invaders, I believe we should do our absolute best to restore our Persian language/culture in Azarbaijan again. And further more, I believe we should inform our relatives in both Azarbaijans to do the same.
