That's what I love so much about it. You see these little wireless mice sometimes and you need the tips of your fingers to use it. This way it is nice and comfy and therefore more responsive in game :D
Yes it is really good. It fits my hand perfectly and moves really smoothly. Nice and comfortable whilst being whilst being really productive. I'd make sure to find a movement setting you like though, because sometimes it can move to quick/slow for your liking (on screen).

I have one of these, so comfortable, sleek and glides like its on ice. Took some getting used to since the mouse I upgraded from was pretty stiff.
