Try this: 70m before the stop, put the "Esplanade" announcement. Then, in the .sta command, use the Esplanade as arrival sound. Also, in the train, the doors opening, first half of it the doors don't move, the second half then open.

The next station announcement plays too early, it should only start playing after the whole train enters the tunnel, or about 70m after the stop.
