Federal laws were never meant to superceed state laws. That's why things are so damn different from state to state. It doesn't take a genius, to travel from California to Iowa to New York and realize that laws in each state are very different. Federal government was given limited power originally.Then the head shop owner says that it's worth it to get raided and all but then earlier he said that he doesn't make a profit. This documentary is garbage based on the couple of points i just presented.

This "documentary" or whatever the fuck it is, doesn't make any sense. First of all it's obvioulsy biased against marijuana. 90% of it is anti pot people or stories and 10% of it is talking about the health benefits and economic benefits. Good reporting gives an equal representation, 50/50 and leaves it up to the viewer to make their own opinions. Then the dea agent says federal law always trumps state law. Huh? That's not according to the constitution. There are checks and balances bitch.
