@sprracer66 Not random - each game from I-X gets a good guy representative and a bad guy representative. Example being the rep.s for X being Tidus as the good guy and Jecht as the bad guy. Shantotto from XI and Gabranth from XII are meant to oppose eachother in-game.

@sprracer66 It's all three. The battles are sort of like fighting games (not street fighter or anything like that, but a full area of battle). And there are RPG segments. There isn't a traditional world map, but you level up your characters, buy them equipment, such as weapons and armor, and altogether try to save the world from evil.

And yes, a lot of awesome final fantasy characters are in it.

And they're not random. They're the top heroes/villains of the main FF games - plus Shantotto and Gabranth.

Adding a few more important heroes and FF13's main to Duodecim, along with favorites Prishe and Gilgamesh.

Each Final Fantasy in Dissidia comes with 3 tracks: 2 remixed and 1 unremixed. This is the unremixed track.

This is Boss Battle in FFIX, but in Dissidia is the theme of the battle vs kuja, at the end of Destiny Odissey IX (Zidane Story)
