I think it would be awesome if someoen were to slavage both 6 and 7 by using their sprites for mugen and fixing the gameplay.... one thing that puzzles me is how JoJo's Venture got a capcom made game but HnK did not.... (though I feel that SNK would have done a better job with HnK if they had the liscense during their prime)

A Hokuto No Ken game that was outsourced to Office Koukan under subcontract with Shouei System. At least the music sounds good...

@MysticArksRevenge People at least want their games to be worth their money. This game wasn't worth Vyse's money, so he(or she?) gave it away after this video was filmed. You commented on his game sample of Black Heart, and when he said something bad about it, you freak out on that too.

He was right, though. It doesn't matter who makes the game. If it sucks, it sucks. The "oh-so-evil" famous game companies have at least had a better track record when it comes to games.

@RocMegamanX Lol, I'm a man. Yes, I gave it away to another local collector after capturing footage for it, but not entirely because it was terrible; it was a loose copy I acquired a while back and I like my imports CIB. I've sold or given away several other imports I had as a result like a box-only Romancing SaGa, loose Rockman X2, etc. Still, I have no desire to pick the game back up, so I suppose you could say it wasn't worth my money.

@MysticArksRevenge That was a rather over-the-top reaction to a pretty modest and valid question; wouldn't it have been better to answer it with examples than project expectations that few gamers have about games? Honestly, the only "good" game I can think of from Office Koukan is "Idea no Hi"; the rest are rather subjective, mediocre, or flat-out terrible. I guess part of it has to do with them specializing in parlor games, but that alone is not a good excuse.

@alvieao2 I love their sound driver in their games, and I think the HUD/lifebars in this game as well as in Hokuto no Ken 6 are the best.
