Made this sorbet last night with raspberries. It was delicious!! I didn't have mint, but I will pick up some for next time. How easy is this recipe-- I especially like the bubbles, too :D
Hello! I would like to ask, can I replace the splenda with liquid stevia? If so, how do I go about doing it? And what is the nutritional content of your sorbet? Thanks!^^
@winsetan You know, I've never tried it with liquid stevia. Just start with a small amount and add to it until it tastes right to you. As far as the nutritional content goes... it depends on how many strawberries you put in. The rest of the ingredients I don't count on P2. Hope that helps. :)

Im gonna need you to do some more cooking vlogs! I had tilapia and radishes for dinner and strawberry sorbet for dessert!!!! I could do p2 forever eating like this!!!
Looks yummy! I don't have a food processor either. I use my magic bullet for the smoothies but I don't know if it would do something that thick... Well, it looks great! Thanks for sharing...
@joeythegirl Definitely a good hot summer day treat! Especially with the cooling mint. :) Blender should work fine. Mine just sucks so I use the food processor. :)
Yayyy another cooking vlog--Looks amazing and I will be trying this also--You had it so beautiful in the little dessert cup--Thanks to you both for a job well done--Blessings and Hugs
never thought to use mint- I usually make a smoothie with 6 strawberries, 5 icecubes, 1 packet stevia, and some chocolate stevia drops all in a blender- I really need to get a food processer
I love my strawberry slushes everyday. I can see that this is a great twist with the mineral water. I love mint anything. Good idea! :) Ur so cute. Ur hubs is such a great videographer! ♥
