Thanks. Yeah, I call it active for my trainers & clients to differentiate between stretches a client would do on their own. I know technically on your own holding a muscle in place is called Active, but to the layman it doesn't make much sense, so I switch up the wording.
Actually a Active Stretch is never held for more then two seconds. compared to the more traditional stretching. I'm reviewing my ACE review at this moment and just went over that part today.
i am 16 years old and im looking to become a pysical therapist...any advise for future reference or ups downs etc about it?
