The hand in the toilet is Akagami Agami, it is an actual ghost (actual ghost? Actual ghost story thing) in Japanese culture. In the stories, it asks if you want red paper or blue paper, and depending on your answer either drowns you in blood or drains all the blood from your body (or drags you to hell if you answer with another color). Ugh, I hated this side-quest. Don't get me wrong, it's fun...but this is the second (console-based) Zelda game in a row to insult me. Twilight Princess had Colin, a whiny little brat who's afraid of swords (I have 3 swords, 2 daggers, and I wanna meet this kid). Now, Skyward Sword had Cawlin, a short...rotund loser who can't confess to a girl directly, cries upon rejection, and only has a shot with a ghost hand. Point is, I think Nintendo hates me.

Notice how he names his avatar PBG. Now I did this side quest the nice way and I tried to redo it to see the ghost hand but al I saw was Cawling waltsing around just as usual. So like any zelda game, you CANNOT do the same sidequest twice on one file. But if you notice Cawling calls Link "PBG" for both versions of this sidequests. Either he has two PBG files or he's completed the game a few times already. Yeah, I got my sense of observation from you PBG, thanks!
