Hi. My guess is that marijuana does not itself actively attack cancer cells. But it promotes a relaxation of stress and thereby may release pressure on the immune system. I think cancer is a modern life-style disease due mainly to stress (physiological, emotional, mental) induced weakening of the immune system.

I am sober so I try to find other ways to manage stress.
