Clearly a goal. The entire cup of the glove was behind the line with the puck in it. Poor Savage got robbed of a goal that game.

@BizarroZaro clearly you have never watched hockey, the above the net cam is angled, all saves like that look like they go in plus its fully across the goal line the puck not the glove you dont know where it is in the glove, they have all sorts of HD angles to look at it, so it must be called a save

@Lundqvist3035 1:40. You can see the outline of the puck in the webbing of the glove. AKA the only place the puck could be in the glove due to the angle of the glove vs shot. The entirety of the WEBBING is across the line, when the puck is clearly in the part of the glove furthest across the line. Therefore.... goal.

If you know nothing about either hockey or soccer, stop pretending that you know the rule. The puck has to cross the goal line completely and the goal line itself doesn't count. Period.

it was a gr8 save but the puck did pass the goal line, pause it at 1:40 clearly behide the goal line

@jimmyluu101 over head views are angled, the behind the net view shows the puck never crosses, and trust me every glove save on the line looks like its in on the over head, that means it is right on the line, and thats not a goal, cuz you can never tell if the whole puck is over, since even if a millimeter is touching goal line its a save

@gojacketsgo61 And it was lucky that the guy put the puck right where he put his glove... It's not like "OMG HE WAS SO LUCKY HE MOVED HIS ARM", that part was obviously reflex.

Luck was the fact that he made the stop. Amazing save.
