  • what is the camera effect shown at 3:25? I cant describe it

  • notice: painting of Kim Novak from Vertigo at 4:58.

  • Ist das das Casino in Wiesbaden?? Würde mich brennend interessieren...

  • Best part of the soundtrack!

  • The best film ever made. Magical. Mystical. Beautiful.

  • Things looks like my sort of film. I must watch it soon

  • This is so so Awesome !

  • LOL ..she has fat ass and can run whit that..

  • @Satii88 she doesnt have a fat ass

  • @whymewhyherewhynow

Yea she has .. don't you seeee?????

  • That is just about the best scream I've ever heard! It isn't a scream of terror or anger, it's one of absolute determination and need. Powerful.

  • HAHAHAHA HOLY SHIT THAT SCREAMING

  • Every scene in Run Lola Run is the strongest scene! Amazing movie!

  • How does her screaming affect the outcome exactly?

  • her face at 0:13 so #hopeful! :)

  • anyone noticed the reference to hitchckocks vertigo? :)

  • this is actually the best scene out of the movie, the abstract world of the casino and the characters reactions... LOVE

  • Lola is an alternate universe's Jean Grey.

  • Unbelieveble Movie, Best Part Ever!

  • o my god, the scream part is the best. everyones like WTF? get her outta here!

  • I love this scene. Not impossible either, the chances of getting two 20s in a row on a single zero table are 1 in 1369, which is far better odds than even most lotteries and raffles. She won 126,000 deutsche marks, which is about 63,000 euros or $93,202 USD right now.

The only thing that is unbelievable is that somehow I doubt the casino would have let her leave so easily. If I were the casino, I'd suspect her of cheating. But its a film of course.

  • the chance of getting 2 20's in a row is just as big as getting 2 different numbers. Every new game the odds of getting 20 (or every other number) is just as big. (or small).

  • @HandjesBreda You're right, it doesn't matter whether its two of the same number or two wins in a row in general, the probability is the same. I was just saying that winning twice in a row isn't impossible. Most lotteries though have probabilities of like 1 in 100 million of winning the jackpot.

  • This scene (granted, if you've seen the film) is nothing less than mind-blowing. That poor, uptight dealer. There's somebody Tom Tywker could make a film about.

  • her pants are just a bad german design

  • me too

  • mind over matter!! whoaaa

  • Men, l love this scene!!!! 5/5.

  • The film tries to be trendy by appealing to shock value - like her red hair and her screaming.

But one of the more subtle things is that she isn't sure he truly loves her, and yet she's trying to save him.

  • Ok, seriosuly, intense. Thanks so much for posting this scene. I was watching the movie over youtube but the 7th part was no longer viewable. The 7th part included this scene. <3 nice!

  • i have never seen this movie before but um.... what's so great about a red-head screaming her lungs out to win a gamble...?

sorry if im being stupid but i was thoroughly annoyed when she started screaming so maybe that affected my opinion of the clip a bit...

  • Her screaming ties into anther section of the film, and most of the things and events there interconnect in one way or another with the rest of the film. It's a great film but you have to watch it from the beginning or else you will be completely lost.

  • I love this movie. we watched it in English class (grde 10).

  • we're watching it for english as well.

  • same, i already watched it for english :P

  • hahaha wow same, grade 12 english.

  • same here

  • this is a great movie

  • best scene there is ever

  • anybody who likes this kind of drama and film effects, message me

  • i watched this in my college intro film class. awesome movie

  • Damn

  • i watch this in my German class and i thought it was really good

  • The portrait of the back of a woman's head at 5:04. Is that part of the "After the game is before the game" theme introduced at the beginning? Or is that some kind of image of lady luck, or commonly found in Casinos in Europe, Germany or elsewhere? Am I reading too much into it?

  • Actually, it is a picture of Kim Novak as she appeared in Alfred Hitchcock's film 'Vertigo.' The artist (Alexander Manasse) who was commissioned to paint the picture could not remember what she looked like in the film, so he painted the back of her head.

  • @vikikitti thats a bullshit story. why would he just watch the movie? maybe youve figured that out in the last 3 years lol

  • @Toro953 The Wikipedia page for Run Lola Run tells the story of the painting in greater detail than I can go into here. This was the most concise explanation I could find for you. There are other sites which reference this fact as well, just not as beautifully as the wikipedia author did.

  • @vikikitti can you tell me the three most important things that have happened in your life in the three years since you last posted on this video please

  • you know a movie is a classic when you start to break down and wonder about every meaning of a scene in the movie. This is a good movie

  • One of my favorite movies of all time, so deep, it makes you think about your life.

  • Makes you think about your choices in life.
