Youtube requires AAC compression, which is basically a version of Mp3. Very lossy codec. You can try the best you can to upload with a good DAW, etc.., but you will always lose much data in the upload.
The sound is good but I know what you mean my recordings on You tube are never as rich or clear as the original. It must be a case of over compression at the Youtube end.

Sounds great! I know what you mean by the quality being reduced but I think the human ear can cut through those kind of things and kind of "re-assemble" the tone. As such I really like the tone here.
