  • Did you do a lot of physical painting before you started digital painting? Do you make a living painting?

  • how long does it take to master all of these things?

from the shading, the details and stuff?

you're so amazing! i love it!

i hope you don't mind answering my question. (^.^)v

  • what size did you make the project?

  • Please, please, please i love a lot painting and ,if you can of course, could you tell me how did you learn all these steps and techniques in photoshop ? because i want to learn how to paint like you....:) :) :) :) :) :)

  • Please do more! It's the most exquisite thing I've ever seen on Youtube

  • i think you do work with another kind of layers or something. I canT see it exactly, what is it?

  • Her eye's are awesome,

  • XD OMG! The amount of times you use the liquify tool is INSANE! And I can't get over you do this all on pretty much one layer! O_O I'm scared to do the line art all on one layer incase I make a mistake, never mind the whole thing! XD

You really are an amazing artist and inspired me to really try and become a better artist and get into art college and hopefully art uni ^-^ <3

  • @AlucardRawks No matter how good you are, you WILL make a mistake. I had to get over that fear of messing up. I'm to the point where I never use the back or eraser tool, I just paint over it and it's alot freer. It isn't the end of the world. My drawing teacher in uni makes mistakes ALL the time and he's been drawing longer than half the ppl posting on this vid have been alive. No big deal, just draw/paint over it and keep it moving. Being "perfect" doesn't make a good artist.

  • omg do you make alot of money from this cuz its beautiful!!

  • I am amazed

  • I really love your tutorial :). The combination of written and video has explained a lot to me. There's only one thing I'm a little puzzled about. I was wondering what you're doing when you color black over the eyes?

  • She's beautiful! Very impressive!

  • Thank you !

  • Nice set of videos. I wish i could paint like you. Everything I make feels like another decline in skill even though some were better than others.

By the way, What program are you using to capture the screen?

  • I'm using Snapz Pro X :)

Thank you very much! By the way, the only way to improve is practising... everybody can do this and even better with enough practise, patience and passion.

  • Well I rarely PRACTICE but I try to do it with PASSION and my PATIENCE quickly wears out with excessive mistakes. But I'll keep at it until I feel I can paint almost as you do... You goddess.

  • Just a quick technical question. What settings do you use for Snapz Pro? I tried with best everything and it took hours to get not even a third done.

  • mh......... I think I'm using a 50% size image, 6 images per second... Then I'm using Final Cut pro to speed the video up and to add titles.

  • @barretxiii hey man, we all get that feeling, the cure for that is to NEVER stop, no matter how poor you think you are doing, you may just surprise yourself :)

  • what tablet are you using?

    please let me know..

    this is absolutely fantastic.

  • It's mentionned in the desription ;) Thank you!

  • Amazing process. It's so weird to compare the color changes.

    Is your computer a Mac? Because I can't seem to find your video capture program anywhere for Windows. ^^;

  • I'm using a Mac indeed ;) Thank you!

  • Aw well D; It's really awesome seeing all the different versions in the videos... It changes so much. O__o

  • OMFG!!!!!!!:O...LOOOVE IT!!!:D

  • I love these videos. What is the purpose of filling in the eyes with black once in a while?

  • I'm just trying to see how asian she would look with black eyes ^^ (I wanted her to look half asian and half european)

  • im inspired by you diane. lol

  • What is that new window, that sometimes pops up? You know-where you strech some parts of the picture? :P

  • It's the liquefy tool ;) Filter => liquefy.

  • Thanks:D

  • THANK YOU for posting!!

  • you're welcome Rita :)

  • wow....it must have taken forever to establish a solid technique huh? so tedious...man i wish i had the patience! XD

  • It has taken quite a long time indeed... I've been painting digitally for 3 years and I still don't think that I've established a solid technique, it may change once again :)
