  • This is inspirational, and really freaking annoying at the same time.

  • hitler made 7 accounts to dislike this

  • The Inkling, at this point in time, is thought to be Vaporware. As the months of its absence go by, it seems more and more likely.

  • Where is inkling?

  • Wacom changes the world

  • I'll release my vision when you release a brand new Cintiq 12.

  • When will they release the inkling? I really want it! :D

  • @Qzyxya yeahs! I really want it too :3 Wacom, please release it soon (in South East Asia, especially heehee)

  • actually im in love with Wacom <3 ! can we go out sometime ? xD

  • My picture is on there woo! To bad I didn't get in the top 3 :(!!

  • Wacom's drivers messes up the acceleration of most mice. That's not acceptable if you are a gamer, so I'm not using mine anymore.

  • @pixelsalt Can i ask you what mice? My rat 7 works perfectly -_-

  • @pixelsalt You could go to tablet preferences and set one of your pen or tablet buttons to change mode (from pen to mouse) a dialog box should then appear asking you to select what acceleration and velocity the mouse mode should have. I did it that way and my mouse returned to normal again, hope it helps you too.

  • Nice...

  • Sweet mine was featured in it 0:13

  • Yeah that grass photography wasn't even that creative. "Whispers in the Grass" can kiss my ass.

  • So these guys are awesome all round, they are:

    1. Philosophical

    2. Making quality products

    3. Supporting artist

    4. Good artists

    5. Good video editors

What is there not to like?

  • @fremag123vif Well, when half of the "art" they promote is photomanipulation and photoediting, can't say they are realy artistic

  • @CiliosX

Why not? The "photomanipulation" and "photoediting" you mention are just two example techniques filmmakers use to make their films.

  • @Krackells Yes they are techniques, but wacom promotes it as Art, and not just wacom but a lot of people on the internet. I have done some photomanipulation pieces myself but based on my studies in fine arts I know that its just a game not something serious or artistic

  • @CiliosX

No, Wacom is promoting it for those who do consider themselves artists to buy and use their products for their art by making an example of what they can achieve with it. And it's pretty arrogant for you to decide whether something is artistic or not just because you studied fine arts.

I'll decide for myself whether something is artistic or not.

  • @CiliosX Point, midway, there are still artistic uses of photomanipulation just to let you know, and incorporating art and picture is actually quite awesome when done right.

  • @fremag123vif I'm prettty skeptic about that. Photomanipulation can indeed give stunning images or just crappy, my bigger problem is that people that use photomanipulation do it because they can't draw, they don't realise that in order to paint you need endless years of none stopping practise

  • @CiliosX Yes, but my point is this: If you are an artist that can incorporate art, and manipulation together in a way that makes for nearly alive images, its still creative, as for me, i am a "wannabe" artist, but im a decent graphical designer with good vectorizing capabilities and other such things, yet i still do not see myself as an artist in a pure way.

I am currently practizing to become a better artist inside of the digital medium, and im training my drawing skills.

  • @fremag123vif That's good for you, but most people think that thar's all there is to it. Not to mention that most of them jumpe right into digital, without any knowledge of the traditional medioum what so ever.

  • @CiliosX im not excactly even decent at traditional though, if you go look at my channels image it is about the extent of my skills ^_^'

I do prefer digital though, just the look of it :)

  • @fremag123vif Every single teacher I ever had, and still have, told me that if I want to move to digital, 1st i have to master traditional medium and you can see the difference in people's work, those that know how to use a brush and pencil and those who went straight into photoshop

  • @CiliosX Very true. Im training at both at the same time thuogh, and focusing on digital.

(mostly because ive already made vector art and such for a couple of websites)

  • @fremag123vif Good products, but their new line of products is crap except for the inkling. The new bamboos are actually downgrades because they offer so little for so much more.

On amazon right now, the old bamboo craft refurbished is 60 bucks. I guess it's good that they're so cheap, but they should really upgrade more for the price upgrade

  • Nice commercial, I love the narration. Though at the beginning if I didn't know better I would have thought it was a Canon commerical :P

  • @CQIdragonsoul - agreed.

  • Thank you so much Wacom

  • An excellent video - very inspiring. Thanks!

  • This needs to be on tv. Very well put together and very well thought out commercial.
