I made a photograph every two seconds, with manual exposure so to avoid to much flickering between frames. All the frames were then given a go though Aperture 2.0, where they were scaled, cropped and some sensor-spots were removed.
The frames were opened in QuickTime Pro using the "Open Image Sequence". Also I opened a MP3 in QuickTime Pro, made a copy+paste from over into the image sequence. Finally I made an export from QuickTime Pro to a mov-file.

perfectly done. would u be so nice and reveal which software u used?
last week i did my first timelapse myself. still have to learn a lot to make it as impressive like yours.
