Its not a excuse. MSHA will shut the mine down and fine the owners if tourists who are not certified are digging by a wall more than 5 feet above their heads. The regulations are in place to keep people safe.
Do you dig in the tailings or can you dig on the banks? Are you going to be open April 22-24? Thanks
