Google search KR2, to buy any parts you may need, or buy the plans and build you own just like we all had to do.
Great little plane to fly. all the best
Phil.
Good sounding... powerfull!
Any trouble getting parts for the redrive if you have a problem? Is you redrive geared or belt driven?
I'm building a type 4 Porsche/VW 2056cc engine also... with a belted redrive...

Also see
KR2 flapless landing outside camera
or
KR2 take off external camera.
I ordered plans to convert a Type IV for AC use back in '79 or '80. The trouble we faced back then was the very short crank snout on the Type IV-- much shorter than the Type III snout. How did they eventually get around the problem?

Root beer.
My Type 4 has a belt drive on the flywheel end, ratio 1.3:1.
Hey P
I can see where your real passion lies :)
The Cert IV plays second fiddle but we'll get you through
Keep it up!
Cheers TM
