My 2001 has just started to make that same rattling sound! Like there's a nut or bolt just jumping around somewhere in the exhaust. Have you been able to track yours down and kill it?
thisis coming from either your exhaust touching the heatshield at some point or some other part of the car and resonating/vibrating.....or check the CAT, although i doubt its that.

Yeh check out my other video, it was actually the tip of the o2 sensor that broke off and was rattling
