@weedpls money does go to the artists if they are not owned by labels like us. even if they are signed to a record label, if they are not making them enough money, they may be excused. selling 10 or 20 cd's may make the difference in producing a new album or not for industrial artists, especially the new/underground ones. i allow fans to download my songs for free, but once i release an album, i will have to sell them so i can prepare merchandise and pay for shows.

One thing we have to understand : Wynardtage dont create Power Noise Industrial songs. They create Dark Electro, Harsh Industrial, Harsh EBM / EBM songs. I know only one Power Noise song by them : " Bitch ".

The lyrics are often melancholic, very critical. The culture of music is different. Technohumans dont like critical songs and songs with deep lyrics. So the reason for industrial is, that Wynardtage call himself a " Dark Electro Musician ". Very much industrial bands use melodies in their songs. So its melodic industrial, but not trance.

Yesterday we call it Acid Music in techno scene and today in dark electro scene we call it power noise, rhythm noise. The styles are very familiar to the others, but the producers have different cultures and different attidudes to life. We see more and more coproductions between techno humans and dark electro humans. So we cant say techno anymore, its now electro.

Besonders die ersten Alben eines Künstlers waren die besten. Das galt für Wynardtage, Acylum, X-Fusion, Agonoize usw. . Wären die Alben nicht so gut gewesen, wären diese Interpreten niemals bekannt geworden. Also so ergeht es mir mal. Mir gefiel der damalige Stil irgendwie besser, als die Musik, die heute produziert wird.

...Y'know, I hear stuff like this and can't help but wonder if the producers are actually proud of their work. Happy with themselves as to how the project came together in the end. Satisfied that they've managed to capture all the mercurial nuances that the muses had spun in their heads... . The synth sound is not only classic trance. It's classic to the point of cliché. It's [the] trance sound. That the EBM/Aggrotech/Cybergoth/et cetera scenes picked it up later, doesn't make it any less so.
When you combine trance and industrial, how is "Industrial Trance" not a perfectly adequate definition?

@BLAZE45 Yes, they all have different styles. Yade is not like Dioxyde and Dioxyde is not like Dawn of Ashes and so on. But you must see the theme of songs. The lyrics are often melancholic, very critical. The culture of music is different. Technohumans dont like critical songs and songs with deep lyrics. So the reason for industrial is, that Wynardtage call himself a " Dark Electro Musician ". Very much industrial bands use melodies in their songs. So its melodic industrial, but not trance.

@BLAZE45 We see more and more bands which use this style. Maybe this style is the dark side of trance or its familiar with trance. Yesterday we call it Acid Music in techno scene and today in dark electro scene we call it power noise, rhythm noise. The styles are very familiar to the others, but the producers have different cultures and different attidudes to life. We see more and more coproductions between techno humans and dark electro humans. So we cant say techno anymore, its now electro.

@BLAZE45 And one more thing we can see : more and more peoples are interested in industrial music, because there are new ways of electro music. The techno scene is dead, lost their tradition in music style. The dark electro scene allows a rebirth of this old tradition. Music styles come back like acid, trance, gabba. The techno scene is full of low minimal techno songs and more and more house music dominate the techno scene. Its boring for me. This is the reason why i changed to dark electro.

@BLAZE45 And i must say, that i'm absolutly got a fan of this style. It gives me so much feeling in theme. Electro music is not only beat and rhythm, sound anymore. It makes you very critical, it gives you knowledge and a reason for your life and the problems we have in the world. It inspirates your soul. It takes down your anger and bowls your mind. We are not stupid anymore.

@BLAZE45 This is NOT trance. The hammering is tipical of industrial. The only difference is that Wynartage is a GENIOUS to create melodic base part which can remind trance track. But it's still 100% industrial.

@Pandorum2174 Du kennst sicherlich einiges noch nicht :D Besonders die älteren Alben haben es in sich. Alles was von 2000 - 2006 war, war spitzenklasse. Besonders die ersten Alben eines Künstlers waren die besten. Das galt für Wynardtage, Acylum, X-Fusion, Agonoize usw. . Wären die Alben nicht so gut gewesen, wären diese Interpreten niemals bekannt geworden. Also so ergeht es mir mal. Mir gefiel der damalige Stil irgendwie besser, als die Musik, die heute produziert wird.

But Wynardtage have lots of songs with another sounds, so we cant say, that Wynardtage songs are always like Trance. But we shouldnt discuss about this. We have to accept, that Wynardtage sounds are Industrial.

@maikundjessy3328 Klar ist das Industrial aber eben mit tranceartigem Sound. Wäre der Text dazu nicht, dann wäre es Trance sehr ähnlich. Ich glaube deswegen mag ich Wynardtages Stil ja auch so gerne, da ich ja ein alter Trancefan bin :D Aber mir gefallen seine älteren Stücke auch sehr gerne und das obwohl der Sound von diesen Stücken weniger tranceartig ist.
