@Tricksofthetrade12 - Stop being such a wuss! Seriously though, heading and winning headers is a lot about being brave. You have to put your body on the line, but the braver you are and the harder and more intent you go in with the less likely you will get hurt or lose a header. Go in strong and you will come out successful.

@McGowanChris - Heading is a really tough skill. It takes a lot of balls to be a good header of the ball. You can't have any hesitation, you have to go in strong and you have to attack the ball. Don't let the ball hit you, you hit it!
i'm planning on going to elgles charlotte soccer camp this summer and i've been working on cardio and dribbling and ball control. your videos are really helpful.

nice tip man but there is one thing , i get scared when i try and header a ball , any tips on that ?
