@tlast2O12dude same here, I love my training, but I guess I like to show enthusiasm and act a bit childlike to make training fun and more interesting :) I actually thought my training partner was funnier after he did one rep at 90kg - I didn't expect him to get so excited LoL and I have a good chuckle at it myself from time to time.
@zezbawoodle cheers mate, I guess having a laugh and not taking it too seriously makes it more enjoyable and also better for reaching various goals :)
this is probably the best exercise vid i seen on here. you guys have an amazing enthusiasm for what you're doing, great positive attitude, i love it, very motivating
@raffertyraff thanks raffetyraff, I like to have fun with my training, being almost childlike I guess, but it helps keep my motivation and energy up to train to the best of my ability, cheers :)
@MMAengland na mate, it is a thin bar, but it weighs 7.5kg. Thats why I have a 1.25 kg inner plate each side to make it effectively 10kg so it's more simpler to keep track of the total weight when I add the bigger plates.
Hey thanks jonnyrock, this was ages ago, I have been training at the gym mostly now, and got up to 135 kg bench press a few months ago, but they don't allow cameras there :(
I want to get back in the gym already! I need to keep eating! Set myself a goal of eating every 2 hours from now until new year and see how it goes :D
godda have fun with it mate, otherwise workout vids can be boring. I love the fitness lifestyle and the rewards and satisfaction of always challenging myself.
Great video - fantastic enthusiasm from both of you guys! This is what weight training is all about - doing you best and enjoying the achievement. Keep it up woo hoo!
Thanks man, I feel I am making great gains in the last year training naturally, I've recently joined a gym now, and with the atmosphere and equipment, I should be benching 140kg in no time, well, thats my short term goal as I used to bench that 10 years ago before I got into running and cycling and weights took a backseat LoL
Good job mate, enjoyed watching all your vids but nextime look directly at the lens while you're filming and not at the lcd screen on the side. Cheers.
Thanks mate, yeah I agree, it does look funny looking at the LCD, makes me look crosseyed or something. I'll be making more vids this year, and hope to Bench over 140kg which I used to do when I was younger but didn't have a video camera then to capture the moments.
I want one of these dudes to be my training partner. Looks fun.
