Are you using the Octatrack as Midi clock master? Cant get my Machinedrum UW to lock as slave.. timing is all over the place even with the TM-1

@genetixdnb I don't remember how I did this time but nowadays I use the OT as the master clock very often with great result, btw don't have a MD but now I have 2 OT and I have 0 midi clock problem when setting one master of the other.

@kidysputpikii Yeah the problem is when you try sync it to Ableton or Cubase as master.. very disapointing.. who in their right minds would use it as master when it should be synced to the sequencer... epic fail on Elektron's part!

With all that amazing gear you really need to sort out the sync issues. Until you do that your not getting the best out of the gear. A loose sloppy groove is a crap groove

@kidysputpikii haha! nice... Yeah, SH7 is super. But I ended up selling her. I think I like the SH5 a little more. I currently hunting for 5 right now. Just bought an Octatrack myself. Haven't even turned it on yet. Gonna try to learn it this weekend, and decide if I'll keep it or not. I'm an Ableton user, as well... and Octa is gonna have to blow my mind if it thinks it's gonna stick around. ;-)

@fooddudeone yes the vf1 is filtering everything but the 808,909 (wich are filtered by the mutator) and the linn.

I have been thinking of the cirklon for quiet some times and at one point, about a year ago, I thought about buying one and a big rack sampler (emu e4xt rfx) but then I heard about the octatrack :p
