  • she's always stares into our soul at the beginning of her vids... creepy...

  • i better not talk like this after i graduate college

  • she looks like she got high on all that expo marker fumes! lol

  • uh, creepy! she scares me!!!!

  • god your voice scares me

  • i cant wait to grow up to be just like her... lolol this is going on tumblr xD

  • Helped me a lot, thank you.

  • Her face at the end haha(^o^)

    But..

    I still don't get it though...O-O

  • @BANANASAREYELLOWFOOD helps to rewatch it a couple times

  • did wozgen send anybody here?

  • Dont get it ! -_-

Im gonna fail my test tomorrow :/

  • i still dont get it :| . i know most of you dont either. BAHAHa your just lieing and pretending that you do so you comment on how she looks. ROFL. uh oh :s

  • shes a god damn robot in disguise as a human being

  • is she like carrying 2 guns in hip holsters or something?

  • her voice is so anoying and talks like we are retards, im just trying to recall the geometry rules cuz i could not remember them in my pre-cal class.

  • @slayerA0D She talks to you like you are a retard because you can't spell.

  • That made so much sense thank you.

  • wow.i learned something my teacher tried to teach us in 50 minutes in 4 minutes Damn school. you suck.

  • Youtube should make a school curriculum,..

  • @Judeau0311 She broke down the square root of 63 into 3 times the square root of 7 by by finding two numbers, when multiplied together, equals 63. Those two numbers are 9 and 7. The square root of 9 is 3, so that number went in front of the radicand, and 7 is inside the radicand. Therefore, the square root of 63 can be broken down to 3 times the square root of 7. Hope that answers your question. (:

  • Where's the passion. Math is fun! Your Teacher.com wants a monthly fee of over 69 dollars and some change.

This is informative, but where is the fun??

  • why life has to be so complicated

  • I thought u were a robot....

    thanks very helpful

  • @Judeau0311 she calculated the square roots of 63....do it on a calculator! :)

  • DEAR ALL SCHOOL PRINCIPLES, PLEASE FIRE EVERY SINGLE TEACHER AT SCHOOL! & Hire Youtube and Google. (; I think all us students can agree we learn MORE FROM THEM than we do from the teachers at school that can barely teach. Isn't is sad enough that we have to go ONLINE to find help instead of the place we get our education from? YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE teach me more than school does! Sincerely, pissed off students.

  • So sad that i understand so much more than a teacher in a year. I bet a couple of your teacher videos will fill up a whole school year!

  • so basically anything created or designed can be recreated and broken down mathematically, so in a sense the universe can be broken down mathematically depending on the universe itself, so if the universe is infinite then mathematically it's repeated mathematically, so mathematics is a universal language, if we have it here then we can communicate with other intelligent life threw math form, or artistry form if that's the other side of the coin, :] nice

  • her writing is immaculate

  • where she come up with root3? -___-

  • @AN9IE96 its like a formula because its a 30 60 90 triangle. You can remember this triangle by root 3 becaause all three sides are different and tht is definitely nottttt why its root 3 but its like a formula.

  • @AN9IE96 She came up with root three because it is a known value for the long leg. Hope that helps.

  • Where the hell did she get 3 from??

  • nice work "DORA" hummm..........question where's "BOOTS"?

  • im not from america but do they teach this in college in america?

  • @cherryvanilla17 I would say yes. but im learning this as a Freshmen in highschool.

  • @rockywazzzz are you studying in america or asia?

  • @cherryvanilla17 Lol, in California, USA. ive never even been to asia. You can take every type of highschool class in college if you need it. but not all highschools offer college classes like Calculus is not always offered but i will be taking it my junior or senior year.

  • if i took this much time to do a problem on a geometry test i would have time for -10 more questions

  • @Superdeduper739 ummm duh shes teaching you how to actually do it wouldnt actually take that long yoursefl atleast wed hope not

  • @hellzagel14 i know im just silly thats all

  • OMG HAVE MY BABIES THANK YOU

  • Thumbs up to people who think patrick (patrickJMT) or sal (KhanAcademy) are better mathematicians!

  • guys I'm not from america so i would like to know, how old are the kids that are learning this over there ? :)

  • @AntonWoW1231 12-15 years old

  • @optionalryan okay thanks :)

  • i know what you guys are talking about why dont they talk with more emotion does talking in a serious tone make it easier to remember things or something this just makes me sleepy

  • could you be my math teacher?

  • to like 0:17 to 0:21 i was officialy creeped out when she was juss standing their haha

  • I'm glad this is up, but it could do with some more emotion. My math teacher last year yelled at us she loved math so much, and almost every test we took she called "the biggest test of the year". Everyone thought she was a little too into it, but we learned.

  • i loved it got and remembered right away

  • You Rock mam!!

  • At the end she stared into my school.

  • how much i hate this fucking subject

  • Comment removed

  • long leg??? short leg?? what the fuck are u talking about this is math not godamn anamtomy you freak of nature!! hahahahahahaha exactly

  • Decide on how you want to write your 2's, lady.

  • The longest leg of a 30-60-90 triangle is approximately 10.39 inches. What is the length of the hypotenuse to the nearest inch?

how would you do that then?!

  • @elisabethbiteit do you really wanna know the answer? i know it was weeks ago that you asked but here is the answer..

    30-60-90 triangle

    hyp= 2 x (shorter leg)

    longer leg= (sq 3) x shorter leg

    10.39= (sq3) x s

    10.39/(sq3)=s

    6=s

    hyp= 12

  • Why do you ppl have to be so rude .Thank God for this site it helps a lot.

  • Why do you ppl have to be so rude .Thank God for this site it helps a lot.

  • she talks EXACTLY like my Geometry teacher

  • Nice Job!

  • To those who want a trained actress with a snazzy outfit, maths is not supposed to come with a party trick, you either understand it the way it's explained or you don't, if you don't, I'd imagine the problem would lie within yourself not without.

Anyway This is giving me a good boost with my GMAT, thanks a lot guys

  • Oh, long long days ago, I had learned this, but after watching this, I feel much clear and have fewer problems. Now I realized that learning online is more fun and cool! You can watch it for many times! Which teacher can do this without tiring??

  • You need to be slapped in your face with a big fat cock, maybe you'd have some emotion then.

  • Thanx you really explain it well. Even though your voice is so monotone.

  • You are so helpful to society! Atleast you believe geometry has an important radiance beauty to the world! My best friend Thethica and I watch this video all the time because it congruently touches our heart at a 13:13 ratio. Thank you so much and fuzzy pickles to you all(in congruence of course).

  • i came here becuase i have geometry 1st perion at 7 am... -_-

  • I recommend this excellent Math channel: ( Mathmatchpoint ) to everyone who wants to become good at Math. He is going to teach you Math the EASY WAY, from the basic to the advanced topics. The great thing is that his videos are categorized within playlists. It is easy to know which video to watch next. This was the least I could do for him (let others know about his videos). Thanks to him, I got 97% on my Math test.

    Go to his channel: Mathmatchpoint

Math will become easy to understand

  • thank you

  • I came here because my math teacher sucks.

  • OMG... why so complicated? just draw the altitude (that divides the triangle in two equal rectangle triangles) the base of those triangles are half the side (it's obvious) and then use pitagoras!! PITAGORAS!!! PITAGORAS FTW!!

  • @nosmirck The pythagorean theorem? but you're only given the c side, not the a or the b. You're doing an opposite pythagorean theorem almost, except only for 30, 60,90s, not all 90s. If all you have is c, you can't use the pythagorean theorem because the pythagorean theorem can work in many different ways for one c lenglth like 3,4,5 or 2.5,4.33...,5. c is the same, so you're suggestion won't work, it makes it harder, not easier.

  • you explain it so well yet you are creepy as hell.

  • @theHypercidE it rhymes

  • my boner just disappeared...

  • Robot speak. Fuck you mom, I'm not doing this.

  • Caveman can't do this.

  • It's distracting how she draws two different types of 2's throughout the whole video

  • i want to kill myself

  • thank you for the video it was useful but the stare at the beginning and at the ends is kind of freeky

  • that blank stare at the begining... holy shit...

  • U bitch i failed

  • @kingof3ful lmao

  • /watch?v=Fz0EM_8d3CY&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

    man watch this...less monotonous......

  • whats up with her waist? it looks like theres a brick through her side

  • @Dayton1994 she has a cell i guess

  • Um this did not help me.

  • any money this girl has a bush

  • @mwadley86 lmaoo cmon dude were tryin to learn here XD

  • @mwadley86 hahahahaha funniest thing i seen on all the comments i seen...an im thinkin so...or maybe just a lil

  • is she wearing a skirt????

  • bravo

  • How many people have tape measures calibrated in square roots? It's completely ridiculous to talk of lengths of 8 root 21 and 12 root 7. Real people work using real numbers!

No wonder people hate maths when lessons are this B-O-O-O-O-R-I-N-G and completely divorced from real world applications.

I lost the will to live after 30 seconds.

  • The first 4 seconds she is staring into your soul to see if you are worthy to be taught... Many are turned away

  • I learn more shit on YouTube then in school. I'm dead serious.

  • @Game1ngAssass1n than* Guess u need to be learnin a bit mo

  • @blackguy5496 Your mom needs to be learning a bit more too.

  • @Game1ngAssass1n

Dude i feel you. my freaking retarted ass teacher's take up to a week to teach us this. when it takes me 20 minute's on youtube to figure this out

  • @Game1ngAssass1n You Tube should give High School Diplomas..

  • @Game1ngAssass1n 'THAN' not THEN.

  • Why cant they say it so i can understand. Like a black guy talking about how ruff his life is and then starts raping about 30 60 90s

  • Click on 2:04 and then keep clicking right before she talks.

  • have to study!!!

  • 1:29 thats the first crooked line she ever drawn

  • @cockmaster555 lol there is somthing wrong in her system loool

  • 1:29 holy shit are you nervious?

  • Wow, wasn't she scary at the beginning??? ..And have you seen her hips?? I think she is really a robot!!!

  • fk im so finn lost omg fk geometry sry for the laguage

  • @xzogoclock

how old are you? 13? lol. I remember these days. Amigo, it only gets harder. This is very useful for the SAT tho.

  • Thanks for the help :)

  • why the fuck do they teach us BS that will never ever never ever use in real life

  • @444zane3 Well for a construction worker this will be verry important.

  • @444zane3 cause you need it to get certain jobs sadly....I gotta study this shit if i wanna be an army officer.

  • @444zane3 thats probably what Haitian engineers said when they built their cities.

  • she seems a nice person, but why is this boring (and annoying) robotic tone?

she gives the impression that she thinks whoever watches this video is a complete moron. Although, i think she just wants to be clear and coherent.

Drop this tone lady, and then you are going to be good; helpful :)

  • woooow that was wierd.

  • ok i got how to draw the triangle then... i went blank

  • ZZZZzzzzz.........She is the female equivalent of the teacher in Ferris Buellers's Day Off.........ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.

  • lol @ 0.17 till 0.20

  • what is she??? a frauking robot?

  • or you can just use pythagorean theorem h^2=b^2 + p^2

  • can some one explain me this please cuz i really dont get it??? If a discount of 20% off the retail price of a desk saves Mark $45, how much did he pay for the desk?

  • @TheCarlana Look, 10% of $45 is $4.50, because you just move the decimal to the right if you divide by 10. So to get 20%, you double $4.50, because 20% is double 10%, which equals $9.00. So subtract 9 from 45 to get $36.

  • @Rayle47 and @TheCarlana

@TheCarlana just remember it's not asking for the retail price, but you have to figure it out anyway. There's one more step after that. set it up as a simple algebraic expression. $45 equals 20% of retail price or 45.00 = .20*X (20% as a decimal is .20) x=retail price, solve for x to get x=45.00/.20 and x = 225 which is the original retail price. subtract the discount and you get what Mark paid. 225-45=180.

  • @TheCarlana $180.00

  • @TheCarlana Another way to do it without algebra is to think that if 20% is 45 than half of that would be 10% is 22.50 and I know that it would take ten 10%'s to make one whole so the whole thing would be 225.00. Subtract the discount and your done.

  • she sounds abit like zooey deschanel

  • those lines are so damn straight

  • why do they all talk like robots...get some emotions u sticks

  • @RockingPengiun some of the really good teachers have some enthusiasm

  • @RockingPengiun They're all a bunch of psychopaths....

  • @RockingPengiun wow asshole, they are trying to help...if you don't like it stick it up yours!

  • @RockingPengiun

Did you expect her to cry once she reached the answer? This is mathematics and it's based on intellect and not emotions.

  • uhm, teacher i think i nutted during the explanation.

  • you don't explain how you got to the conclusion that the long leg is sqrt(3)*short leg. if you explained that, you could apply this to other triangles besides a 30 60 90, and so could apply the main problem to abstract triangles.

  • This is not exactly geometry.. its a specific course lol.. Trigonometry to be on point and this class is continued onto pre-cal. So if anyone just says Geometry.. You're dumb. (10th grade student speaking)

  • if she was hot i would pay attention

  • i dont really get geometry but i could have guessed the "short leg" is 4sqrt21 >.<

and on another note why not call the damn thing a pyramid?

  • WTF :O my head exploded!

  • this lady is achieving what tons of my teachers couldnt

  • @Baxterkid Ditto

  • Too slow for me lady...

  • my brain,oh my brain its frying cant look AWAY!

  • Witchcraft! Isn't that the right response for something we don't understand which makes us feel uncomfortable about our pathetic little selves?

  • u look programmed

  • thats a creeeepy pause in the begining

  • she sounds like a computer wheres the pizazz

  • FAWK GEOMETRY

  • her smile is seriously creeping me out

  • Wow, that was a long problem. I'm going into geometry in 9th grade. Looks like it might be a little harder than I thought.

  • @kingsaravia1 lol i'm in ninth grade and have my geometry final tomorrow. it's not very difficult don't worry

  • @yrtsg lol im in ninth grade and doing the exact same thing and yeah it's easy

  • omfg. i just fell asleep in front of my computer.

  • look at how she writes he number "2"s in the beginning, then all of a sudden she writes them differently for a few of them at about 2:10 . Strange...

  • this woman looks like she has a pretty nice social life

  • shes got nice handwriting.... i cant write that perfect on a board. 10th grade math

  • This is my favorite video. When my 7-month old daughter refuses to sleep at her regular bedtime, I put this video on, turn up the speakers so she can hear this monotonous voice in her room and within minutes she is in the dreamworld. Thanks to you, my 7-month old now sleeps like a baby....(pun intended).

  • @allahkimakichoot same thing happens to me in class with the teachers voice lol

  • Quick question - @ 3:40, you mentioned that square root of 63 can be broken down to 3 multiplied by root 7 (which is correct - I checked it using a calculator)...but how could anyone have known that off hand? Is there any proof (forget the calculator) that square root of 63 equals 3 multiplied by root 7? You should have explained that first......

    FAIL.

  • @allahkimakichoot 63---> breaked down into root 9 and root 7---->and the square root of 9 is 3 so 63= 3 root 7

  • My Mind has exploded with frustration!!!!!!

  • Thank you for posting these videos they really help a lot. My teacher in geomerty is not understandable because he moves along at his on paece and does not ask any one if they understood or not

  • wik

  • hahahahhahahah 5 secs smile FTW

  • Rote learning danger! - stick to the fundamentals and use pythagoras when ever possible.

  • wow this video really helped! my teacher sucks!

  • she gots a creepy smmile..

  • dayum she gots skillz drawin' triangles, put her in an art studio, tankz lady, herro 91

  • easy to learn...

and easy to understand hope that she will b my teacher than our teacher in math.

so boring in our class..(math) nakakaantok..

  • the easiest thing ive ever seen

  • you can simply youse pitagora in either of the two triangles formed by h

  • she's a genius! This must be where Jet got the name for their song!!

    THANKS YOU! HELLO A+
