1:54 and 2:46 are both from the beginning of The Army of Ghosts (second to last episode, season 2), when Rose has her little narration. Hope that helped.

Doctor Who runs on BBC one, BBC America, and Sci-Fi channel, and yes, it's into it's 4th season now. :) Hope that helps! The earlier seasons are on DVD.
