@Spectra1Beats.... Not sure what you mean about engineers agreeing with you 100%, as far as I can tell, you are a "dime-a-dozen" beat producer who has no engineering experience or training... That aside, all I did was give my opinion on a cheap mic. I'm talking sonic quality, but again, you wouldnt really understand anything other than 808's
@Spectra1Beats ... this guy... really? You think it's my fault that a $130 mic isn't a great vocal mic? Stick to your awful fruity loop beats and I'll stick to what I know, actual audio engineering. I will say this to add to my comment.... the Spark isn't too bad on both acoustic and electric guitar.
I gotta strongly disagree... Not very happy with mine, and I got it at a pretty sweet deal ($130). Mine is quite muddy sounding, & the pop filter is useless. I've been using a Perception 400 (on omni, cause cardioid is equally muddy) and I can't find a mic that beats the quality for the price.
Great review. The complete detailed write up you have on the ProAudioStar page is excellent as well. I think I'm going to buy a Spark. PS, ProAudioStar is an excellent audio company, we've purchased many things for our home stuido though them!
what settings are on your audio interface you sound good

So between this the AT2035, the MXL V67G and NT1-A which one you think is the better choice for Vocals (tenor with strong high notes "the mix") ?
Thanks

Eek, sounds like you'd need a de-esser for every track you used this mic on, that's the first thing I notice:S
