@ZylexSNL - no, they weren't letting anyone in the park. i suppose i could have hiked down through the woods to get to it, but it was still raining and muddy. i have another vid up thats still processing showing a little of bloede dam..
@ZylexSNL - I was able to get into the park via Ilchester Rd. I posted some video of what the Grist Mill Trail looked like, between the swinging bridge and the dam. I made it about halfway to the bridge before I had to turn back because a large section of the trail was flooded. I would have proceeded, but I wasn't exactly dressed for it.
