@pedsa74 Hei-ho! Dort war ich auch. Aba Werkzeugausgabe, in der Halle 8 unter Stabsfeldwebel Strobel, dem CH53-Kenner vor dem Herrn. Glaube aber zu Wissen, dass es die 2./252 als solche nicht mehr gibt. War SaZ3 von 97-01. Wurde "Kenia" genannt, da se zu doof waren meinen Nachnamen auszusprechen. ;-) Und Du? Wow! In May,I flow aboard this chopper and this squadron,in Afghanistan.This is was a low-level flight,like this video...Not a joyride !!! Es ist auch ganz schön anstrengend in solchen Höhen (Tiefen) zu fliegen....25 fuss lassen nicht viel Zeit zum reagieren, und vor jeder Kurve muss man steigen, da sonst die Rotorblätter den Boden berühren könnten.

Aber Spaß macht es trotzdem !!!! :)

Its not a Super Stallion! It hasn't got the slanted tail. Its a Pave Low III. Loads of people make this mistake, the Super Stallion, CH-53E or S-80's tail is slanted 20degrees to left side! The Pave Low III's tail is vertical!

its not a pave low. pave low's have a big ass electronics suite that sticks off the nose. these dont. thats because they are RH-53D. the RH has a fuel probe like the CH-53E, but it has the CH-53D fuselage. I know because i work on the last CH-53D's left in the US military.
