I feel so and so sorry for Elijah. For a vampire who doesn't negotiate or make promise, he's an exception. Few times elena made deals with him, then he got killed right on the spot. he's alive again, looks for elena, elena made a deal with him, then killed him again. the cycle goes on and on. same with him and klaus. klaus promised to show him their family members, and ended up, he got killed, AGAIN. omg LOL

Elena was trying to show Elijah that she can stab herself Stefan will give her blood to heal her. u can't die buy citing your arm . and how do u stab yourself will a rock she didn't have anything to stab herself with . so neither of them are wimps

I'm confused? Why did Elijah not let Elena die? I mean she was going to die right (if Elijah or Stefan didn't heal her)? She didn't get any blood from a vampire before she stabbed herself did she?

because she's the doppelganger...they can't allow her to die! they need her to break the curse and if she turned into a vampire she'd be just as useless.

and no she didn't have any vampire blood in her system but stefan or damon wouldn't have allowed her to die, so they would have fed her their blood and then elena would kill herself right after (and obviously she'd turn into a vampire)

I like these two together, weird/gross as that may sound. After episode 19 I'm a HUGE fan of Elijah. Love his reaction when Elena stabs herself. This scene was just fantastic. Please, please, PLEASE don't kill Elijah off the show!!!

I didn't really think this episode was the best.. I mean, they got rid of one of the best characters in the show, Jenna and Alaric broke up, Elena threatened to turn herself into a vampire, Katherine got out of the tomb... I mean, sigh. And things were going so well, too.
