sorry bro, I was talking to you like you didn't know what you were doing, I looked at your profile, congrats on the records. Your grip was too close though, if you deadlift 385 conventional 315 on sumo should be cake.
Grip was too close and uneven, I think you could have pulled that up if it wasn't, also if your grip is lagging you should try underhand/overhand. I have a video up of sumo stance too if you want to see how I do it.
Cool, man. I would either lose the shoes and go barefoot or get a pair of converse. You want to be on your heels as much as possible (running shoes put you on your toes) and you want to be able to push out against the sides of your shoes for a sumo deadlift or wide stance squat.
Also, remember- make sure your chest comes up before your hips. Keep updating your page!
