Straight piping is where your Cadillac Converter is cut off, Your Cadillac Converter helps reduce emissions, however lowers your sound quality. Cherry Bomb and other performance mufflers allow more air flow and is shaped to make your engine produce a throaty sound. They are not Important they just increase sound and performance.
Cherry Bomb Turbo mufflers are 100% CRAP. I put 2 on my car, and 13 months later both where rotted out and rotted out on the inside. These are cheaply made and dont last.
I replaced them with a single Cherry Bomb Glass pack, sound is much better / louder and has no insides to rot out. Hope this one last's longer.
my shop teacher had a 2005 dodge 2500 with hemi 5.7 loudest stock exhaust i ever heard, sounds a lot better than this shit
