Advantages and disadvantages of moving to Spain

I am Spanish and is a mistake to come to Spain, because in Spain 4 million unemployed or more, 50,000 Spanish are leaving Spain to Europe, preferably Germany and Britain

@1elgalle1 That's true, I agree with you and it sucks. However, you also have to keep in mind where the British come from. Terrible weather, terrible social problems, alcoholism, lame culture, and a government that is doing a good job of messing things up for future generations. I am planning on moving to Spain in 3-4 years after university. I hope to have perfected Spanish by then and I'll do my best to make it work! If not, I'll keep my foot in Britain and go back.

@cagethepepper I love the optimism of the British, Spain will need to lift, a little more than optimism .. those who buy more convertible cars in Europe ahead of France, Spain and Italy, whit more sun, the English are optimistic by nature xD

I've gotta say... there are good jobs in Spain, but they are not in the touristic areas, where you can only find typical jobs to service tourists.

If you want to look for well paid jobs, Madrid or Barcelona are the place...

and when you say that job are got if you have a friend that is not a general phenomenon. there are a lot of agencies which offer a job if you want, the inem, employment websites which connect you with companies in spain. and they evaluate you for your skills not because you have a friend inside of firm hahaha.

it is a bit exaggerate . when you say that one disadvantage is the english people need to learn spanish. well that is something logical to do when you are living a country with a different languague. when you say english people find to learn spanish complicate, i think that is not true there are many english and not english people who have learnt. i think the people that find hard to learn is because they are pretty lazy.
