@Jedibob5 oh, you've always been able to record demos just by going into the console and typing "record 'demoname'". from there you can use the demoui (just type demoui in console, which is that window at the start of the video), then use something like fraps to record that. Edit that video in something like adobe premiere or sony vegas, then upload to youtube. It's a MUCH longer process, but it was the only way till they came out with the replay update.

You can SERIOUSLY circle strafe a sentry as a heavy.It's kinda hard, but i tested it.Tr_walkway_rc2, made a sentry around a corner, ran around, kgbed it to death.Dont talk about things youve never seen, just try it.

you can do this, it only turns fast once its rockets are shot. If it targets you but you keep turning its fine. Search the vid of a demoman bottling one to death, he jumps ontop of it and circle strafes.
