As buyakisa already answered you. The rules are quite simple. If you are fasting nothing is allowed to go inside your body from sun rise to sun set. This is the decision the person needs to make and he/she will need to stick to it. For your other questions. The prophet Muhammed P.B.U.H as clearly said to haste to wards breaking fast and to delay starting fast. He also said that you eat until you can make distinction between a black thread and a white one.

Well if you are Muslim and you're not fasting, and you're eating infront of people who are fasting then it is a little rude. But if you are non-Muslim and eating infront of a person fasting, it's completely fine! I'm the only Muslim in my class and therefore am the only one fasting..it is a bit hard to watch my friends eating infront of me but it's still OK! And of course non-Muslims can go to eid parties! My best mate invited me to her eid party and lots of them weren't Muslims! :)

That's not true. And please watch your language it's really not necessary. It depends on where you live. i became muslim 2yrs ago i was covering my head not with a jijab but it was covered...i moved to a very ugly neighborhood which i couldnt wear anything on my head n i like it that way knowing that is not the way the most high intended. I am doing ramadan i never eat pork, i dont drink or smoke...but feel like I am losing my way....my interest in things are drifting away and i am very sacred......someone plz help.

That's not true. And please watch your language it's really not necessary. It depends on where you live. If you live in NY city, yes there is a lot of intolernace towards muslims because of the fact that 9/11 took place there. The south also has a lot of racists, because well the south is the south, it has one of the most ignorent people there. But almost everywhere else in the U.S, they are very tolerant torwards many religions and cultures.
