It should design something look different from iphone.

As you can see from the video, the tphone has more function, and buttons than the iphone with the stylus even, if that Chinese company can think about adding function and buttons and more interactions then why not think about different design for its own brand

Nope it happens all over in china. There are actually American companies that are making deals to distribute the knock offs here in the US for less than the real thing. This includes phones, cars, toys, personal electronics etc.! It is a huge thing over there.
