@AbsolutelyJosh I am not goint to say Iphone sucks or Android blows. Frankly for me personally Razr wins any day but you might be different. My recommendation is once the phone is out, go to store and use both phone at same time. You might prefer smaller screen and simple OS UI. I personally want to see my emails and calendar (and other stuff) right in my face so I prefer Android much more. Razr has bigger screen with thin design, fast processor and innovative UI which I like. Go try yourself.

@kenakaren No, sadly they will stay the same. The four buttons at the bottom of all Droids (menu, home, back, and search) are touch sensitive on this particular device (Droid RAZR). They remain separate from the screen, so they cannot change. I do wish that this was a slate device though (which is what you are talking about, the buttons being added to the extended multi-touch screen).
