That really captured the spirit of early Eastwood films! It was funny seeing cars driving in the background! LOL! Oh, you could claim the camera was 2 miles away & zoomed in, which would account for the delayed shot!
Decent video, good camera angles. Only thing that threw me off was the gun shots. I don't know if it was my computer but the gunshots happened like five seconds after they were supposed to.
yeah, that bugs the hell outta me too. it happened when I loaded the film onto youtube... I'm not sure if it's the format or what, but it's not supposed to be like that
Fair enough, I've noticed YouTube has been cutting off about 5-10 seconds off the end of my videos lately, so I will have to compensate in the future.
Well, you are in fact, completely wrong. :) You'll have to think a little further East for the answer. It's a shot from Rashomon, a film by Akira Kurosawa, one of my biggest influences, and a huge influence on Western films in general.

Well, to be honest with ya... I couldn't find em! This was a last minute project for a cinematography class. Holsters were the least of my concerns.

That was a well done western!! That music sounded like Ennio Morricone. I've seen a lot of westerns, and yours is definitly cool.

The music is Morricone! Good ear! But, I'll give huge respect to anyone who can tell me what film I stole that first shot from...
