I'm kinda undecided. I do agree with a lot of Ron Paul's stances but am not entirely sold to an exclusive non intervention. I do believe that there are actions and atrocities that do warrant intervention. Not like whats happening today. War on what?

Then the representatives will ask their constituencies if it is a good idea to go to war. So the people ultimately determine which war we send fellow Americans to go to sacrifice their bodies and minds. All presidents are de facto dictators/kings who would go to war based on whims of their own fancy. They don't care about you or our soldiers.

Ron Paul is right on a lot of things (wrong on a lot of things too) but what he says about the UN is crap. The sovereignty of the U.S. isn't compromised by any UN resolution. If the congress decides that they don't want to adhere to any resolution, the U.S. can just use their veto, as they've been doing with resolutions against Israel for decades now.
