I was at the practice round this year and one of the first time amateurs bladed a ball right into the crowd behind the green. The ball never hit the water, just drilled a person behind the green. The person wasnt hurt and the golfer talked to him for a bit once he got to the green.

On tuesday's practice round everyone that comes to the 16th hole has to skip it across the water. If a player tries to avoid it the entire crowd yells at him yelling "SKIP IT" until he comes back and hits the shot. Its pretty fun to watch
