I think that this is my favorite song that Cherie sings lead on (Of course Cherry Bomb's always gonna be a classic, never-get-tired-of-hearing-it-­song), but there's more emotion and story behind this song. If people had taken The Runaways more seriously back then, this song (And several of their other songs) could've been a big hit, I bet.

seeing this you can't help wonder how it must feel for cherie to see herself in this situation, which cost her so much. all that talent and all that damage from those who should have protected her. & Joan really the one to walk away & make what she's built with BH. No. Some photagraphers just showed up at her house for a Japanese magazine. The rest of the band wasn't pleased with it, as you could probably imagine. They wanted to be taken seriously but it made them all look like a band that horny boys liked because of their looks. That was pretty much the beginning of the end for Cherie.

Love the singing and music on the verse, the change in tempo and maybe even style in the chorus is a liitle strange but is probably due to their musical influences at the time. Lita and Cherie were fantastic on this though.
