Free running isn't Parkour to just let you know.

Free Running is freedom of movement whilst Parkour is fluent movement from A to B. Free Running also has use of backflips etc.

freerunning = running with style moving your own way.

parkour = effective running using the least amount of energy, whilst moving effectivly round, under or over objects. getting to a-b as fast as possible useing the least amount of energy.

I happen 2 do alot of parkour and your right flips arnt parkour but people put in vids because there awsome and it improves quality but this is still a parkour vid.

Yeah, it seems that 3/4 of the video is more about the tricks than parkour, and to most people, it's very obscene to call the whole thing "Le Parkour." That's not to say that it wasn't a good video though! I actually really liked some of the things you guys did. Just try to work some more of the fundamentals in there next time. :]
