Actually play union which draws abigger audience worldwide than AFL but like the contact and speed of NRL. The argument is about this fight being made into such a big deal. ONE punch and some push and shove. The game is for wimps. Harden up, grow a sack and play a tough game if your going to post these sad excuses for punch ups. Don't even get me started on the sad excuses for tackling in AFL..My arthritic granny could tackle harder than any of these wimps.

Afl is not suppose to be boxing mach, otherwise these athlethes would train to fight. Instead they are trained to be skillfull and provide entertainment. Dont get me wrong rugby requires more strenght and upperbody physicality, but thats a whole different sport. Football is such a skillfull game that you dont understand. Rules are put in to place so that players dont get injured. Football is such an easy sport to get injured in. Its a 360 degree sport with jumping, kicking, takling, marking,

If players could tackle any way they liked, and push anway they liked then there would be no point of playing the game as the ball would not travel anywhere. Imagine jumping at your higest point to take a catch and somebody unfairly shoves you in the back wile your in the air, you most likely gona land and break leg. Or try kicking the ball, when unexpectadly from behind some simply puts you off balnce with there body wait. Your gona land fucked. AFL requires the athletisisom of the whole body.
