@jonesb840 If such was truly the case, why then did they disregard all forms of protocol. There was not a single officer who took out handcuffs to try to restrain the combatant as is proper protocol. There was 3 uses of deadly force tactics never to be used except in a life or death situation, and as can be clearly seen from this video, not a single officer was threatened. Plus, it is against the law for them to not immediately seek medical attention for the detainee after having tasered him.

Unless the crossing of one's arms counts as "combative," these officers used excessive force that killed an innocent man. Arpaio's department routinely discriminated against Latinos and used excessive force against them. How many thousands or millions of individuals didn't fill out the census or only filled out what is required by the Constitution (i.e. number of people living in household)?  Regardless of the poor source of data, if your data is accurate, the Latino population only accounts for 16.6% of the population. Kind of difficult to over-run a nation with those numbers. Of those, a majority would fight against illegal immigration.
