You are seriously misinformed. Lions do not routinely hunt elephants nor rhinos. If they manage to kill one it is injured, sick, or a baby and most often at night, and more importantly with THEIR PRIDE. Tigers do not have prey the size lions do, because their environment does not, and tigers are solitary. Tigers though, are in fact more powerful than lions and always will be.

I think because it was angled wrong. She would have had to approach it from the side t oget a shot at the throat and turning around would have alerted it? Plus most animals see better from the sides so the best approach is usually from behind or even the front. Of course i could be completely wrong :3
