I am working with a guy who is paraplegic and are having trouble with the mechanics of his body.We have access to pulleys dumbells and free wts, I would love to see him transfer himself,any ideas?

Wow. That is hard. I would recommend to do a full streching program to avoid injuries to joints. I have been in a chair for 35 years and have learned the hard way. At 54 my past is catching up with me. Sincerely, JAMES.

haha, I remember being "nearly 30" but once a woman hits 37 at least for me I'm far from 30. you are sooo sweet to consider that close in age, though. you rock for that!! :-)!!
It`s not so easy it looks like ,i have got spasm too! I takes a lot time to handle that! Spasm `S are not even the badest at all.... in my opinion. practis is everything.

If your a para its easy just sit on your bed with only your ankles an feet hanging off the edge of the bed lean over an put them on
