  • There are two question mark chords but some possibilities for the D are

    1- its A7sus4/D but I doubt it is that

    2- its D no 3rd 9 and #11 (hybrid chord)

    3- its E7(#11)/D

    I'm pretty sure their hybrids becuase people did that a lot in the 80's,

    but I there is this other possibility that I can't remember the name of.. something like moving structures or something... where as its basically some triad that just keeps getting manipulated and you don't really think of it as more than one chord.

  • D is 1, E is 9, G# is #11 and A is 5 and no 3rd sounds OK. Or something like Amaj7no3rd/D.

  • There is no such thing as Amaj No 3rd over D

  • Yay! Harmonies make this sound great! (esp. for the chorus!:)
