Hey beautiful piece bro...awesome job...I play piiano myself and wanted to learn this song...thanks to you I can...Ronnie D from Philadelphia city of brotherly love
I'm extremely and insult most music artists on here, but you're actually quite good. You just need a better set up. :) I think you could really go places. See if you can get more backing!
thanks so much....:=) ive always loved this song and now thanks to you ill learn how to play it. might take awhile cause im just starting but ,you make it possible 4 me.thanks again. ALOHA FROM OAHU, HAWAII...
Rom - That's just amazing! 5 stars!! Best cover I've ever seen of this song. Your voice is perfect for it too. Love the harmony effects too! Thanks for the friend add and for subscribing to my vids too. I've already watched a bunch of yours and am looking forward to future posts. You're giving me ideas. Keep up the excellent work!! - Don
There are two question mark chords but some possibilities for the D are
1- its A7sus4/D but I doubt it is that
2- its D no 3rd 9 and #11 (hybrid chord)
3- its E7(#11)/D
I'm pretty sure their hybrids becuase people did that a lot in the 80's,
but I there is this other possibility that I can't remember the name of.. something like moving structures or something... where as its basically some triad that just keeps getting manipulated and you don't really think of it as more than one chord.
I'm dying to learn to play this and I can't

Makes sense to me that its a G#...G3 is in the E chord an your playing that...so..I'm sure you are in the right scale!!!

D is 1, E is 9, G# is #11 and A is 5 and no 3rd sounds OK. Or something like Amaj7no3rd/D.
ronh73 3 years ago
There is no such thing as Amaj No 3rd over D

Yay! Harmonies make this sound great! (esp. for the chorus!:)
