Yes! I saw it just now. It made me happy because it was suspenseful and gross but I will have no troubles sleeping because of the quirkiness to it and how adorable West was.

West is a sweetie, isn't he? Well, as sweet as a snarky, cynical, obsessive loon with a God complex can possibly be, anyway. (I particularly like the scene where he verbally bitch-slaps Dr. Hill in class. Every student's fantasy, there.)

I highly recommend checking out the other two parts of the trilogy, as well: "Bride" is great, almost as good as the first (watch out for the foot-tickling scene!), "Beyond" is...er, not so great, but worth it solely for the Westy goodness.
